Use of Services

You may use Orbiflux services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided through Orbiflux services are owned by Orbiflux or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without prior written consent.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbiflux shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration where permitted.
